Adding Links

You can link records to the project

To add a link

  1. In the Project form, click the Links tab > Link.
  2. The Record Search window appears.

  3. From the Form Type list, select a form type, and then click .
  4. Optional: To filter the records by number/record ID or title/subject, type a value in the field, and then click .
  5. In the Sel column, select the records that you want to link.
  6. Click .
  7. The selected record is added.

    Note: To delete a record, click its row, and then click Delete.

  8. To save the changes and keep the form open, click > Save.
  9. —Or—

    To save the changes and close the form, click > Save and Exit.
